We participate with the majority of major PPO providers including Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, United Concordia Dental, and Medicaid. Our knowledgeable staff will review claims and provide accurate estimates of out of pocket expense to help patients plan for their treatment. We are also happy to help patients with financing on more extensive treatments whenever possible.
